Pitcher Partners’ national 2019 employer brand campaign was designed to support recruitment efforts in relation to both graduate and lateral hires, positioning the brand and collective firms as an employer of choice among current and emerging talent.
Making careers personal was the overarching employer brand and part of the key messaging designed to reinforce Pitcher Partners’ emphasis on people and relationships.
The key design elements reinforced putting clients and our people at the centre of decision-making.
The campaign tells the story of nine Pitcher Partners employees selected from firms nationally. Originating from diverse beginnings and each with their own unique story, these employees will be employer brand ambassadors for the campaign, using Photography, illustration, video and stories to demonstrate the firm’s qualities.
