The brief was to create a new member welcome pack based on several rapid prototyping session outcomes as part of the
Customer Journey Workshops.

Emphasis was on commercialisation, local production & postage size. 
The project was broken into 3 stages:
- Concept refinement
- Welcome pack commercialisation
- Production management
